What I would say, is that there is a known problem at Sunderland, players are out of control, proper big drinking culture there and the players are taking the club for a ride. Our old player Kilgannon had some positive things to say about Di Canio.
I think he is harshly judged on that job, as mad as he is, he done magnificent at Swindon.

If we want a manager with premier league experience he will have had to have failed in the premier league to an extent, unless wwe're going for morinho, wenger, Rodgers or van gaal. As a club we suffer from the Avram Grant syndrome, if its not boring long ball allardyce we will end up with the new grant, thats bollocks theres loads of managers who with our squad and the funding next season wont take us down.
we're gripped by fear, no way would bilic, bielsa or howe take us down, we might even get some exciting football

I don't agree. You can't just assume that a manager with experience of the PL will always be a better bet than a good manager being given his first chance in the PL. Just the same as you cannot assume that a good manager from abroad will be able to succeed in another countr, or that one from a lower division will be able to step up.
I'd rather look at each potential manager on their individual merits, their personalities, rather than a stat that an be absolutely meaningless.
